Paper Making with Natural Fibers

  • Saturday: Altered States, Raku Pottery, Walk Through the Gardens, Plein Air Watercolor, Ceramic Flutes, Whistles, and Horns, Wood Construction (for Kids).
  • Sunday: Surface Decoration with Clay Slip, Plein Air Watercolor, Painting with Acrylics.

There will be a brief introduction as to how paper is made. Participants will pound the cooked fiber of plants from Sierra Azul Gardens into pulp which will then be mixed with water in a vat. We will then make sheets of paper with these natural fibers.
