CALL FOR ARTISTS 

COLLECTIVE 2010: RECYCLE, REUSE, RECREATE 

You are invited to participate in PVAC’s annual members’ exhibit Collective2010: Recycle, Reuse, 

Recreate. This year’s exhibit invites you to explore our theme using and creating with recycled items; 

“green” media; or items you already have.  Consider reusing an old canvas to recreate this year’s 

masterpiece; scavenge your recycle bin to create an assemblage; or take a trip to one of our recycle 

centers to collect materials for your entry. If you are re-working a piece that has already been shown 

at PVAC in the past, we ask that you alter the piece significantly.  

ENTRY GUIDELINES 

1. As a member, you may submit one piece, new or significantly altered. There is a $30 

participation fee to defray the costs of the exhibit. 

2. Pieces should be no more than 24” horizontally, and under 50 pounds. 

3. If your piece is larger, please contact the gallery for approval. 

4. Your membership must be in good standing as of the drop off date 5/5/10.

4/10/10 Loan Agreement submitted (Loan Agreement sent upon receipt of Entry) 

5/5/10 – 2:00-6:00 p.m. Artwork drop-off 

5/13/10 Exhibit Opens 

5/16/10 Opening Reception 

6/20/10 Exhibit Closes at 4:00 p.m. 

6/20/10 - 4:00-6:00 p.m. Artwork pick-up 

6/21/10 - 4:00-7:00 p.m. Artwork pick-up
